I am not a psychologist or a hotshot speaker either, but I am eager to shout the odds that we are beautiful in every single way, and that’s that. Women are beautiful if they feel the feeling of being it, and it’s a major principle for each woman to be more comfortable in their own skin. I never said that feeling beautiful would be a piece of cake, well, it’s a difficult under the skin, but doesn’t mean it is out of the question.
Focus on our happiness and respect ourselves as we really are. Every one deserves to be happy and trust it; we are worth a respect from others and ourselves. Sometimes we get down, discourage, and demoralized under the circumstances, but we have to strive against those downbeat vibrations. They were able to blow up and destroy our surroundings, but it couldn’t shatter our hope and spirit, if we believed that we are value for our own good.
Comparing ourselves with others and judging ourselves by someone else’s standards aren’t doing us any good, so within other reasons, as women, we have to zero in on showing off our plus side without being a swollen-headed person. There is no use wishing we were someone else and crying out for being a better person without doing anything, because God the Lord uniquely creates us, and we are good for love nor money.
Besides focusing on own happiness and stop comparing ourselves with others, we also must get rid of self-doubt and build self-confidence internally. Let’s do more a little effort to feel beautiful, like spending many a time work out and exercise our body, or being more aware of what we eat, at least trying to eat wholesome foods and lessen the fat ones. Keep in your head that it’s not all in all about creating a lush perfect body figure, but it’s more about being more fit and healthy.
Last word, I solely want to say, once again, that every woman is beautiful, no matter what other people say. Believe those words, keep them in your mind, and feel the beauty surrounds you, because there’s no one could feel your own beauty if yourself don’t feel it either. Feeling beautiful is doing all the things you love passionately and of course, loving yourself for the way you truly are. This is not being selfish, but this is an act of self-love, and I hope we could maintain a happy content life and be more laid-back in living. So, feel the beauty, people. Never say no.
