(past) presidential election day

Last Wednesday, July 8th 2009, was The Presidential Election Day in Indonesia, and all the citizens of Indonesia balloted unanimously to decide on who’ll be on charge to lead Indonesia as a Republican country to a brighter future and a better condition. It was my first experience as a participant in presidential election, and I felt kind of uncanny, since I don’t have sufficient interest for political science associated affairs, besides I somewhat had no longer faith in politicians, as they all seemed having the same intention to bleed this country white. 

Notwithstanding my lack enthusiasm, I eventually cast my vote for the most capable yet surefooted candidate, based on my smart alecky knowledge. I don’t hope against hope that the candidate I have chosen could be the winner in this democratic election, but I do wish, the best would win the day.
